Tom yum prawn

Ingredients.
3 cups of water.
2 stalks of fresh lemon grass cut into small pieces.
3 slices of fresh galangal root.
3 fresh kaffir lime leaste.
1 spoon tamarind paste.
1 spoon fish sauce.
12 peeled prawns or more to taste.
6 Thai chillies [chopped]
200 grm of button mushrooms.
1 small tomato cut into wedges.
1 small lime or lemon squeezed.
1 cup of condensed milk.
Preparation
Bring water to boil over high heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Add the lemon grass, galangal,kaffir lime leaf,fish sauce and tamarind paste. Add the prawns pring to aboil and cook 3 minutes. Add mushrooms boil for another few minutes. Add milk and when hot add chillies and tomato. Tum off the heat add the lime or lemon and serve. Can 3 or 4 people.
